As a native of Waco, I have a deep connection to the area. Before embarking on my journey as a real estate agent, I spent my early years contributing to our family's business, where I honed my customer service skills, cultivated a​ passion for assisting others, and learned the value of building enduring relationships, all while being guided by the principles of respect instilled by my wonderful parents. I dedicated 13 years to the corporate office of a fitness franchise, where I had the pleasure of training franchisees on equipment, an experience I found immensely rewarding. After that, I took on the role of Sales Representative for the Texas Lottery, where I supported numerous retailers by providing training and addressing ongoing compliance challenges. With my in-depth understanding of the Waco and Central Texas markets, I offer expert guidance to my clients, creatively working towards their goals. I provide thorough support throughout the transaction process, which includes detailed market analysis, risk assessments, evaluations of return on investment, and strategic marketing plans.
